DentalJourneyIndia is a referral and coordination service — not a dental clinic, hospital, or healthcare provider. We do not provide dental treatment, medical advice, or diagnoses. All dental treatments are performed by independent partner clinics and their licensed dentists. The relationship between you and the treating clinic is a separate agreement.
We make reasonable efforts to partner with reputable clinics, but we do not guarantee treatment outcomes, endorse specific medical procedures, or assume liability for the clinical decisions of partner clinics.
3. Pricing and Payments
Treatment prices displayed on our website are estimates based on information from our partner clinics. Actual costs may vary based on your specific clinical needs, the complexity of your case, and additional procedures that may be required. Final pricing will be provided by the treating clinic after an initial consultation or assessment.
Any payments for dental treatment are made directly to the treating clinic. DentalJourneyIndia does not collect payment for dental procedures.
4. Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information about your dental needs and medical history, to disclose any medical conditions that may affect dental treatment, to make your own informed decisions about treatment after consulting with the treating dentist, to arrange appropriate travel insurance that covers medical treatment abroad, and to comply with the treating clinic's terms and conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- DentalJourneyIndia is not liable for any treatment outcomes, complications, or adverse effects resulting from dental procedures performed by partner clinics.
- We are not responsible for travel disruptions, visa issues, or any other travel-related problems.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to DentalJourneyIndia (if any).
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
